Jotunheim Festival cancelled!
Manegarm will not appear in Croatia the 19th of June, due to a total cancellation of the Jotunheim Festival. We all think that this is very unfortunate since we really were looking forward to meet the Croatian crowd.
We still hope to see you all in Croatia in the nearest future!!

The Swedish Viking metal warriors Manegarm is confirmed for the Noctis IV Metal Fest in Canada later on this year. The festival takes place in Calgary the 24rd - 25th of September 2010 and this will be Månegarms first performance in Canada.

MÅNEGARM will record a new video the last weekend of October with their latest single “Vetrarmegin”.
The song “Vetrarmegin” is taken from the up-coming album “Nattväsen” (Night creatures) which will be released by REGAIN Records on the 19th of November. The video will be filmed on site in a “Viking village” with an incredible pre-renaissance atmosphere near our hometown, Norrtälje. On one of the songs on Arkona's new album "Goi, Rode, Goi" called "Na Moey Zemle" (In my Land)
Erik and Janne from Månegarm are participating, as well as several members from Skyforger, Heidevolk, Menhir and Obtest.
The song is described like this: "This is a song about a warrior who leaves his motherland to seek happiness in other countries. He meets foreign folk and asks them what their happiness is about. And they tell him that their happiness is their beautiful land, traditions, folk, home, their children, and Gods. After a long journey, the warrior returns back to his native land to find peace and happiness there."
